Walkin' Weather

Spring is almost here.

The weather's finally starting to turn. The daffodils making their appearance, first as always. We've even had a few truly warm days, a preview for the months ahead.

In other words… walkin' weather is coming. Lord, I can't wait.

Can't wait to see you coming on down the street by yourself, or maybe with that great blue giant of yours by your side. Can't wait to see them tights eventually give way to them shorts as warm turns to hot, finally letting those never ending legs out into the sun again.

Can't wait to finally get up the nerve to make some excuse to come out and meet you by the mailbox. Oh, oops, did I already check the mail today? Gosh, this old brain of mine…

Can't wait to talk to you… just… talk to you.

Oh, my love, I am so looking forward to the next few months…
